A stitch at time saves nine but this is not for India. Indian sheer official apathy have always done the damage and scores paid for that. Bird flu is again in lime light but no stitch yet to cocoon it at the time. At lest something pretty fas t has to done, and if possible, a long lasting measure should be taken to prevent it to come to the fore time and again.
